Mattresses

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress. You can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10 Year Warranty.

Pillows, Accessories, Toppers

Given the personal nature of these products, if the item is damaged or if there is a product defect, contact our Customer Service - warranty department. They will work with you to address your concerns and resolve any issues. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment. Refer to the warranty booklet that comes with your product for more details.

If you bought your TEMPUR® product online from the Tempur website we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery (must be notified within 12 hours) or if there is a product defect. Once your product has been shipped (left the warehouse) incorrect product selection will not be returned or refunded.

Retail Store Purchases

If you bought your TEMPUR® product from an authorised TEMPUR stockist that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
